We provide each OEM partner specific customizations that enable our appliances to seamlessly integrate into their existing storage systems so that our customers can speed their workflows while utilizing the same data protection and IT continuity processes they have standardized upon.
Dell
The Dell/Terascala High Performance Storage Appliance comes pre-configured in a standard rack based solution that includes servers, networking, storage, a parallel file system and the Terascala operating system, TeraOS. For Dell, we utilize their PowerVault 710 and 620 IA servers and their PowerVault MD3220 storage controllers in fully redundant configurations.
The storage array can be populated with either SAS or near-line SAS drives in a RAID 5 configuration. The storage network can be either Ethernet or Infiniband and is purchased separately.
EMC
The EMC/Terascala High Performance Storage Appliance comes pre-configured in a standard rack based solution that includes servers, networking, storage, a parallel file system and the Terascala operating system, TeraOS. For EMC, we utilize PowerVault 710 and 620 IA servers and EMC VNX 5100 and EMC 7500 storage controllers in fully redundant configurations.
The storage array can be populated with either SAS or near-line SAS drives in a RAID 6 configuration. The storage network can be either Ethernet or Infiniband and is purchased separately.
NetApp
The NetApp/Terascala High Performance Storage Appliance comes pre-configured in a standard rack based solution that includes servers, networking, storage, a parallel file system and the Terascala operating system, TeraOS. For NetApp, we utilize PowerVault 710 and 620 IA servers and NetApp 2600 and 5460 storage controllers in fully redundant configurations.
The storage array can be populated with either SAS or near-line SAS drives in a RAID 6 configuration. The storage network can be either Ethernet or Infiniband and is purchased separately.
